MyCondor is our customer portal, which we want to use to address you personally. With MyCondor, you can access your bookings anywhere and anytime.

With MyCondor, you can manage bookings, rebookings, seat reservations, and extras for your flight more easily, quickly, and comfortably. We plan to continue expanding MyCondor. We continuously add new, useful features and engaging content.
First, click on "Login" at the top right of our website. In the box that appears, enter your email address — whether you already have an account or want to sign up for a new one. We'll then send a verification code to the email address you provided. Enter this code in the next step to log in or create your new MyCondor account. Your MyCondor account is, of course, free.
You can see your bookings under "My trip" in MyCondor. If it is not displayed there yet, add it via "Add booking".
You can update your stored customer data at any time online in your personal area. Just click on Profile and change the data you want there.
You can only use your one-time code once. Once you've entered it, it's consumed.
You can request up to 10 one-time codes per hour.
If you request more than 10 codes per hour, the login will be temporarily blocked and the input form will be hidden.
The one-time code for your MyCondor account from the email is only valid once. After a failed attempt, you'll need a new code to complete the registration or login. Click "send new code" below the input window and you'll receive a new code via email.
Please also check your spam folder. The email might sometimes take a few minutes.
Unfortunately, the email address of your MyCondor account can't be changed at the moment. If you'd like to use a new email address, please delete your current account and re-register with the desired address.
