Extras have specific deadlines that they need to be booked by. We've put together an overview for you here:

• Up to 48 hours before departure: seat, pet in the cargo hold, unaccompanied minor services, mobility services
• Up to 24 hours before departure: meals, pet in the cabin.
• Up to 8 hours before departure: luggage, sports equipment
• Up to 3 hours before departure: Rail&Fly
• No deadline: Priority Package

SeatBoost is an app. It allows passengers to bid on better seats shortly before take-off, i.e., to book an upgrade.

You'll need the booking number for the following:

• to identify your booking
• for check-in
• for processing your booking via “My trip” on our website
• to book additional extras, such as a seat reservation

Please only enter the seven digits before the hyphen.

If you have booked your Condor flight through a tour operator, enter the booking number and the name of the operator, for example TUI 17670784 or Aida 7297612. If your tour operator is not listed under "My trip", choose "Other".

Your booking number is located in the top right corner of the confirmation email.

You can book your flight up to 2 hours before departure.

You can easily find and book open-jaw flights on our website: first, select your departure and destination airports. Then click on the "open-jaw flight" option above the calendar. Next, choose your preferred departure date to proceed with the booking.
