Debit cards are linked to a bank account and are usually only offered in conjunction with a current account. A debit card number is 13 to 19 digits long and, like the expiry date, can be found on the front of your debit card. The 3-digit security code, which you usually need for verification, can be found on the back of your card.
Bank cards with the V-Pay or Maestro logo are also often referred to as debit cards. You can use these cards to withdraw money worldwide and make cashless payments in stores by entering your PIN or with your signature. However, not all cards have online payment functionality. If you have selected the "credit card / debit card" payment option when booking online, you will be asked to enter the bank, the card number, the name of the cardholder, the expiration date and the CVC / CVV code.
Mastercard and VISA: The CVC code (Card Verification Code) is a 3-digit code that is printed in the signature field on the back of the credit card.
You can pay for your flight booking on condor.com using a credit card, debit card, SEPA direct debit, bank transfer, or PayPal.
After booking, Condor will send you a booking confirmation, which also serves as your invoice. You'll also receive the booking confirmation and the invoice via email.
If you have not received it or have deleted it, log in with your booking details at "My trip". You can have a new confirmation sent to you from here. If you have not booked your flight through our website, please contact the service provider where you made your reservation directly.If you booked your flight online, we'll send your booking confirmation to the email address you provided. This is suitable for submission to the tax office.
Refunds are processed depending on the payment method and the bank. It usually takes 5 to 7 business days. If fees apply, you will have to pay them.
