Please note that payment on board is only possible cashless with credit or debit card. It is also not currently possible to pay with an American Express card.
Our cabin crew are instructed not to open the sealed packaging of Condor bordshop items – we ask for your understanding. Condor bordshop items can only be returned to the cabin crew on the same flight for a refund of the purchase price. The item must be in its original packaging. This excludes perfume and cosmetics, tobacco products and sweets. This does not affect your statutory warranty rights in the event of defects.
