We offer the SEPA bank transfer payment option for bookings made at least 14 days in advance. Please note that the total fare must be paid immediately and in full. Otherwise, Condor is entitled to cancel the flight according to the standard cancellation conditions of the chosen fare, and there will be no further obligation to transport the passenger.
Transfers can only be made from accounts outside Germany if all fees incurred for this are borne by the client (remitter) and the transfer is made in euros. Otherwise, in the event of non-compliance, Condor is entitled to charge the customer for the costs incurred and/or exchange rate differences.
How long the bank transfer takes can vary depending on the bank and country. It generally takes 2 to 3 business days.

The SEPA direct debit differs from a normal bank transfer. The payer is not required to initiate the payment. Instead, the recipient can directly debit money from the payer's account.

The BIC (Bank Identifier Code) is an internationally standardized bank code. You can find it on your account statements or ask your bank for it.
