If you've booked your holiday through a travel agency or tour operator:
If your itinerary does not include any feeder or connecting flights, you can easily upgrade yourself: Log in to “My trip”. You can directly book your upgrade to Premium Economy Class or Business Class if seats are still available.
If your connection includes a feeder or connecting flight (for example with Lufthansa or Alaska Airlines), please contact your travel agency or our operator. Learn more about available seats in a higher travel class and the cost of an upgrade.
The cancellation terms depend on the fare you booked. The Flex fare, which you can book in all travel classes, offers the most flexible options. You'll get your money back in full. With the Green fare, which you can also book in Economy, Premium Economy, and Business Class, you can cancel your flight free of charge. You'll get your money back in the form of a credit.

For Condor flights on short and medium-haul routes, the amount of checked baggage you're allowed to take with you depends on the fare you've booked. In Economy Class, you can check in up to 20 kg of baggage. In Business Class, the allowance is up to 30 kg. Your carry-on baggage can weigh up to 8 kg. The size must not exceed 55 x 40 x 23 cm.
Yes, babies under 2 years old only pay a small fee when traveling on an adult's lap.
Children under 2 years old are allowed to travel on Condor flights on the lap of an adult using a loop belt. It is also possible to book a seat for the child at the regular price. Then the child can sit in a child seat you brought along. The child seat must meet certain requirements.
Remember: If your child turns 2 years old before the return flight, you need to book an extra seat.
