You can easily select the Flex fare when booking your flight on condor.com or at a travel agency. Your fare can be booked in Economy Class, Premium Economy Class or Business Class. You can then adjust your travel plans up to 24 hours before departure, giving you maximum flexibility.
If you have booked your flight with a Flex fare directly through our website, you can make any changes yourself. To do this, simply log in to My trip. You will need your booking number, which you can find on your booking confirmation. You can also contact our customer service.
If you change your flight and the new fare is more expensive, you will have to pay the difference. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the difference for cheaper flights.
