Depending on the airport, lounges may not be located in the immediate vicinity of your departure gate, therefore please ensure you have enough time to get to your gate in time.
Please understand that you may not have access to a lounge if your flight departs particularly early. We cannot offer you a lounge at all airports.
Please note that your lounge's opening hours may change at any time. Please check advance on the website of the respective lounge provider. There you can find out if and when the lounge is available.

Short and medium-haul flights include destinations in Europe, Egypt, Armenia, Georgia, and Switzerland. Long-haul destinations are in North and Central America, Africa (except Egypt), and Asia.
You can use the lounge at the departure airport if you show your boarding pass. If your trip includes flights with other airlines, the lounge access before these flights is not included. Use of the lounge at the arrival location is also excluded.
You can book lounge access through our partner Holiday Extras. Guests of all travel classes can find more than 600 lounges at over 300 airports worldwide. There you can relax and wait until your departure. All necessary information for to reservation a lounge can be found here.
Extras such as seats or lounges should always be booked directly with the airline operating the flight. For example, if you're flying from Seattle to your destination with Alaska Airlines, book your seat for this flight directly on the Alaska Airlines website. Unfortunately, you can't make all seat reservations or bookings for other extras at once.
