Questions and answers for your trip planning
At every airport that Condor flies from, you'll find the check-in counters in the departure hall. You can view the exact locations on our website. We recommend you enquire in advance or check the airport signage, as the location of the counters may change at short notice.
We recommend you to be at the airport at least 2.5 hours before your flight. So you have enough time for the check-in and security checks.
You can see which gate your Condor flight departs from on your boarding pass. It is also shown on the display boards at the airport. The gate may change at short notice, however. Please check the airport information regularly.
In addition to your identity card or passport, you might need to present additional documents, such as a visa, when entering the country. With our partner Sherpa, you can find out online with just a few clicks if you need a visa or not.
Make sure to check in advance for entry requirements, travel, and safety advice for your destination country.
You can check which destinations you need a visa for on our website under the section Apply for an eVisa. Make sure to check early and apply for your visa well in advance of your trip.
An eVisa is a full visa that is required for longer stays, while ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) is a simplified travel authorization. ESTA allows citizens of countries participating in the Visa Waiver Program to travel to the United States for up to 90 days without a visa, for example for tourism or business trips. The application is submitted online and the permit is valid for two years.
