If you book directly with us online or by phone, we'll let you know automatically. You'll get a message if your flight is delayed by at least two hours. We'll use the email address or mobile phone number you provided when booking. It is therefore important that these contact details are accurate. If you've booked your flight through a travel agency or another website, we'll automatically inform you as well. We use the contact details stored there for this purpose. If you'd like to change your mobile number or email address, please contact our Customer Service.
Condor doesn't have to pay compensation if the delay or cancellation is due to extraordinary circumstances. These circumstances are events that Condor cannot control. These include bad weather and strikes outside of Condor.
Yes, according to EU Regulation 261/2004, you're entitled to certain care services if your flight is delayed. This can also include a hotel overnight stay. The entitlement to care services is granted in the following cases:
