Register service dog, mobility aid or medical equipment

Inform us as early as possible – at least 48 hours before your departure – if you wish to take a medical device, medication or accessories with you. The service can only be booked for flights with a DE flight number. It will also be automatically booked for your return flight if this is operated with a DE flight number. For other flights, please contact the relevant airline.
