If your pregnancy is progressing without complications, you can fly with Condor without restrictions until the 28th week. From the 29th week until the end of the 36th week, or, in the case of a multiple pregnancy, until the 32nd week, you will need a medical certificate. The certificate must be filled out by the doctor no more than 10 days before departure and sent to the Special Assistance Team at specialassistance@condor.com. From the 37th week onwards, or from the 33rd week onwards in the case of a multiple pregnancy, you can no longer take the flight.

Yes, you can bring your wheelchair, walker, or crutches. You just need to register this beforehand. We transport up to two mobility aids free of charge. You can find the registration form and transportation information on our page about wheelchairs and walking aids.

To ensure a smooth process, we kindly ask you to let us know at least 48 hours before your planned departure. The transport is also automatically booked for your return flight when you fly back with Condor.

You can only book the transport of your wheelchair or walker for flights with a DE flight number. For all other flights, please contact the respective airline.

Passengers who have recently undergone surgery might need a confirmation of their fitness to fly. This also applies if you have an injury. It depends on how long ago the surgery was. Wear a medical alert bracelet and always carry your medication with you. If you have food intolerances or allergies, make sure to check our menu in advance. You can book your meals online in advance.

Yes, you can take medical devices on the plane. Please register the devices beforehand.

Our aircraft have special filtering technologies. They purify the air from tiny particles, including viruses. This type of filter can also be found in operating rooms. The risk of infection with diseases or viruses on board is generally very low, as the airflow in the aircraft moves from bottom to top.

If the connecting flight is a feeder or connecting flight (e.g. with Lufthansa or Alaska Airlines), unfortunately, animals cannot be transported in the cargo hold.

Yes, trained assistance dogs are warmly welcomed on board our flights. You have to register your dog at least 48 hours before your departure. There are certain conditions that need to be fulfilled.
