General information on rebookings
Rebookings are possible only within the same season (i.e. summer or winter season).
Rebookings are possible only within the same flight zone (zone 1, zone 2&6 or zones 3-5).
Connecting flights with our partner airlines can also be rebooked; however, the fare for the new connecting flight must be paid.
Rebooking fees
A fixed rebooking fee of € 50 (for zone 1), € 75 (for zone 2&6) or € 100 per person (for zones 3-5) applies.
If the original fare paid is less than the new fare, the difference in fare must also be paid. No refund will be allowed if the original fare was higher than the new fare.
If you have booked a Flex option in Economy, Premium or Business class, you are allowed to rebook up to three times without extra charge.
Exceptions to these rebooking arrangements
No rebookings are possible within 24 hours of departure of the first leg of the trip, or after the departure date.
We regret that it is not possible to rebook if you have paid the Economy Light fare.
