Covid-19 & Flight Credit

Did your well-earned holiday have to be cancelled especially because of the impact of the corona pandemic (Covid-19)? Here you can gain an overview of the different options available to you – depending on when you made your booking dates.

Can I get a refund for my ticket price instead of the flight credit?

If you would prefer to receive a refund of your ticket price, simply call our Service Hotline. 

For flights booked before 26 September 2019: We are unfortunately unable to provide a cash substitution for your flight credit because your flight was booked before 26th September 2019. The bankruptcy of our former parent company Thomas Cook applies to this period.

How can I receive my flight credit?

You have automatically received an e-mail containing your flight credit.

What is the total amount of my flight credit?

 Your flight credit will be equal to the overall amount of your booking, including all taxes and fees.   

What happens if the new flight is cheaper?

The remaining credit will continue to apply and can be used with the same voucher code when you book another Condor flight.

Can I use the remaining credit for other flights?


Can I also use the flight credit when booking more expensive flights?

Yes, you will then be required to pay the difference. You can also redeem several flight credit codes for one booking.

For which services can I use the flight credit?

 The voucher can only be redeemed in flight ticket bookings.

Can the flight credit be transferred to another person?


How long do I have to redeem my voucher?

Your flight credit is valid for 18 months from issue.

What happens if I do not redeem my flight credit?

The value of the flight credit can be paid out from 1 January 2022.

Can the flight be rebooked?

You can request a refund of the ticket price or use the flight credit for a new flight.

Will a reservation-change fee apply?

The reservation-change fees apply based on the chosen fare.

Will the difference in price be refunded in the case of cheaper flights?

Until when must the new flight take place?

Within the flight schedule currently available.

How often can I rebook the new flight?
  • As many times as you want, but fees will apply.
    You can rebook three times without paying a fee if you have the Flex tariff.
  • With the Flexible Rebooking promotion, one rebooking is free of charge.

Will rebooking my flight involve any other costs?

Only the possible flight price difference
