- With "Flex" you can rebook free of charge up to 24 hours before departure, or make a name change or cancel your flight up to 24 hours before departure of the first flight route.
How do I book the "Flex" fare
- Simply select the "Flex" fare when booking on Condor.com.
How do I rebook my flight with the "Flex" fare?
- Simply call our Service Center.
- For flights booked directly via Condor, you can rebook your flight yourself online.
Requirements and conditions for the free rebooking, cancellation and name change with the "Flex" fare
- Destinations: all available destinations
- Booking period: unlimited
- Flight period: unlimited
- Booking classes: Economy Class, Premium Economy Class and Business Class
- Rebooking is free of charge up to 24 hours before departure of the respective flight route
- Cancellation and name change free of charge up to 24 hours before departure of the first leg of the flight.
- All available flights can be rebooked
- Costs may be payable in case of a higher airfare.
- Airfare difference for cheaper flights will not be refunded
- Route and date can be changed.
