Did you book your flight on condor.com and now want to simply rebook it yourself?  No problem at all!  You can change your flight time, date and destination in just a few easy steps.

Access your booking.

Select the details that you want to change.

Step 3.

Rebook your flight.

  • Log in at condor.com to view your booking.
  • Click on the "Rebook" button under your dashboard

  • Enter your requested changes in the form provided and submit your search enquiry.
  • You will then be shown all alternate flights.
  • Select your new flight, check the details and confirm your information.
  • You will then be shown an overview of your changed booking.

  • Confirm your new booking.
  • If there is a price difference between your new flight and orignal flight, you will need to pay this amount.
  • You will then receive confirmation of your rebooked flight.

Requirements for independent rebooking

  • You can only change bookings made via online at condor.com. If you booked your flight somewhere else, please contact our service center or you travel agency.
  • You can change your round trip or only change part of your booking and/or date.
  • You cannot change the number of passengers or your details.
  • It is also not possible to edit any extras.
  • You may be required to pay rebooking fees, which you will be informed about after selecting your flight.
  • Where possible, we will transfer your booked extra to your new booking. For example, if you have reserved a seat but it is already reserved for another passenger on your rebooked flight, we will contact you.
  • You can rebook your flight up to 24 hours before departure.
  • Flights can only be rebooked within the same classes and fare categories.
  • Flight bookings with Rail & Fly or transportation of animals cannot be rebooked
  • You can rebook your flight as many times as you want, but fees will apply.

Frequently asked questions

How can I rebook my flight?

You can rebook your flight online via condor.com if you have not booked the Economy Light or Economy Zero fare. It is generally not possible to rebook on the Economy Light fare and the Economy Zero fare. For some tariffs, you will incur a fee for rebooking.

How much does rebooking a Condor flight cost?

If your new flight is available at the same price, you will not need to pay any extra. Only the taxes and fees applicable will change. If your new flight is more expensive, you will need to pay the difference. Additional rebooking fees will apply. These fees depend on the fare, flight zone and travel class.

What advantages does the Flex fare offer when rebooking?

The rebooking fees for the Flex fare start at 25 euros in Economy Class for Zone 1. This means you can affordably change your travel plans. You may adjust the originally booked flight route up to three times. Standard fees for additional changes apply after this.

How much does a name change cost with Condor?

If you change the name on your ticket, you'll need to pay the difference in price if the flight costs more at that time. Additional fees apply, depending on the fare and the flight zone. These start at €50 per person per flight for Zone 1 for the Economy Green fare. The fees increase with a higher travel class and zone. Can I change the name on my Condor flight ticket?

Yes, when you fly with Condor, you can change the name on your flight ticket, or you can assign the ticket to a different passenger. The following conditions apply:

  • Your flight, included feeder or connecting flights, is operated entirely by Condor.
  • You have the Flex fare, the Green fare, or the Visit Friends & Relatives fare. You can recognize these fares by the identifiers “N”, “G”, or “ETH”. Remember that you have to make the change no later than 24 hours before your first flight.

How can I change my booking?

If you booked on condor.com, you have the option to modify your booking. Go to “My booking”.

Why can't I change my booking online?

Your booking was probably not made through condor.com, but through a travel agency or third party provider. If this is the case, please contact your tour provider.

If you have booked through condor.com and cannot change your booking online, please contact our Customer Service.
