Transportation in the Cabin
- Please understand that in the interest of all passengers, we can only accept a limited number of small pets (cats and dogs only) in the cabin.
- The animal must remain in its closed container under the seat in front of you for the entire flight and be able to stand, lie down and turn in its natural position.
- The size of the carrier (ventilated and waterproof, lockable and according to the standards of the IATA Live Animal Regulations) may not exceed the maximum hand baggage dimensions of Length 55 cm x width 40 cm x height 20 cm.
- Please also note, we only accept one animal per carrier box and the box including the animal may weigh a maximum of 8 kg.
- The transport box can be carried in addition to the permitted cabin baggage allowance of the booked tariff.
- We accept reservations up to 24 hours prior to departure.
- With your booking you accept our Conditions and Regulations for Transport and Carriage.
Please note
All passengers must bring the completed and printed live animal acceptance checklist to the check-in counter of your departure flight.
Unfortunately, you cannot carry your pet with you, if you have booked one of the following seats:
- In Business Class on the B767 and A330neo aircraft
- Any seat at an exit row
- Any seat behind a partition
