Entry Regulations Worldwide

Our flight prices to Cuba do not include the costs for the entry card. You can purchase tourist cards for EUR 25.00 at the Condor ticket counter in Frankfurt, at the Thomas Cook counter Hamburg, Munich and Cologne and in the transit zone at Frankfurt airport, if you get to Frankfurt on a feeder flight.

If you have booked your holiday through a tour operator, please contact them for information on fees for entry cards.

Please note that a departure tax must be paid locally.

With effect from 1 May 2010, anyone travelling to Cuba will be obliged to provide proof of health insurance cover valid for Cuba for the intended duration of the stay. If possible, the ancillary policies issued by your insurance company should be in Spanish, but policies in German or English will also be accepted.

Travellers who do not have proof of sufficient insurance cover upon arrival in Cuba may take out a policy with a Cuban insurance company (for approx. 2-3 CUC per day of stay, depending on the insurance coverage) at the airport.
