Compensation Claim Form
According to EU Directive 261/2004, passenger rights are regulated in the event of flight cancellations, flight delays (of more than 3 hours), and overbookings. In these cases, you may be entitled to compensation. Please use the form below to submit your request and we will let you know if you are eligible for a refund.
*This applies to flights departing from airports in the EU and flights with EU airlines landing in the EU.
Important information
If your booking is a group booking, please only submit a complaint on behalf of the passengers for whom you are authorized to act. To submit a complaint on behalf of third parties, we require a power of attorney. Please include the completed form below in the attachments to your complaint.
To help us process your complaint/claim efficiently, please ensure that you enter all details correctly, including flight information and passenger names, as stated on your original booking confirmation.
