Information on air traffic in the middle east

Flights to and from Beirut (BEY), Sulaymaniyah (ISU), Tel Aviv (TLV) and Cairo (CAI)

Due to the ongoing heightened security situation in the Middle East, and the resulting restrictions affecting airspace and airport operations, Condor is required to suspend flights to and from Sulaymaniyah (ISU), Beirut (BEY), Tel Aviv (TLV), and Cairo (CAI) until further notice, currently expected to be until early July 2026.

All affected guests will be notified accordingly. Booked flights will be cancelled, and ticket refunds will be issued automatically to the original form of payment.

Condor continues to closely monitor developments in coordination with relevant authorities and partners. Depending on the situation and further developments, additional adjustments to the flight schedule may be necessary.

The safety of our passengers and crew remains our highest priority.

Flights to and from Dubai

In light of the ongoing uncertainties and the dynamic situation on the ground, Condor has decided to suspend flights to and from Dubai until and including the end of March, thereby concluding the season earlier than planned.

This decision was made with great care and consideration. Given the current unpredictability of developments, the safety of our guests and crews remains our highest priority. We expressly regret any inconvenience this may cause.

Passengers who have already booked tickets for flights to or from Dubai (DXB) will be informed directly. In the event of a cancellation, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of booking.

Insolvency FTI on June 3, 2024

The tour operator FTI filed for insolvency on June 3, 2024 and canceled trips. The brands affected are FTI Touristik Germany, Austria, Switzerland, BigXtra, FTI Voyages and FTI Reizen. Like all other airlines, Condor is not allowed to transport travelers who have booked a now canceled package tour with one of the above-mentioned FTI brands to their vacation destination. Please contact FTI directly if you have any questions about your upcoming trip.

However, all guests can take their booked return flight as normal, even if the trip was canceled by FTI. If the return flight is rebooked by the guest, for example to an earlier date, the regular ticket price will apply.

FTI has set up a support website for customers and a support hotline at +49 (0) 89 / 710 45 14 98, where all further information, including information on claims to the German Travel Security Fund (DRSF), is available.
