The obligation to present a negative PCR test when entering Cyprus from Germany does not apply. Regardless, passengers on select flights should expect to be tested upon arrival in Cyprus.

Please note: If a passenger tests positive upon arrival, other passengers on the flight who were seated in close proximity will also be placed in 10-day quarantine. This also applies to those who have been fully vaccinated if the second vaccination in the case of two-stage vaccination or the single vaccination in the case of one-stage vaccination (Johnson & Johnson) has not been given at least 14 days prior to entry. The costs for accommodation and any necessary treatment in the event of illness are generally borne by the Republic of Cyprus.

2b. Proof of vaccination
Vaccinated passengers please enclose the vaccination certificate to the online registration with the Cyprus Flight Pass. The flight pass and vaccination certificate must be printed out and carried on the flight. Visitors from Germany who have been fully vaccinated with a vaccine approved by the European Medicines Agency (EMA) or with the Sputnik V or Sinopharm vaccine can enter the country 14 days after the final vaccination without any further restrictions.
