Condor has three travel classes: Economy Class, Premium Economy Class, and Business Class. There are different fares in each travel class:
You can find more information about the fares in our GTBC.
You can book Condor's Premium Economy Class on all long-haul flights and flights to Dubai. It is located between the Economy Class and the Business Class. In our Airbus A330neo, which you fly on long-haul routes, there are 64 seats in this travel class. The seats provide more legroom and can recline further back. Each seat has an individually adjustable footrest and headrest. On certain day flights, we offer two premium menus, a snack, and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. For a pleasant journey, you'll receive an exclusive travel kit, a welcome gift, a bottle of water, snacks, and other amenities.
You can find all services and further information about the Economy Zero fare on our overview pages for Economy Class on short- and medium-haul routes and long-haul routes. Here you can find out about things like baggage regulations, check-in options, and cancellation conditions in this fare.
In the Economy Light fare on our city short-haul flights, one piece of carry-on baggage with a maximum weight of 8 kilograms is included. Additionally, guests have the option to check in online or at the airport without any fees.
Condor categorizes its flight destinations into seven zones. These zones belong to either short, medium, or long-haul routes. For instance, all countries in Zone 1 are short-haul destinations. Countries in zones 4 and 5 are long-haul destinations. The zones define rules such as baggage regulations. You can find an overview of all flight zones here.
The taxes, fees, and surcharges you need to pay depend on the destination and the route. This is because airlines, countries, and airports charge varying fees. We will inform you of the exact amount of these costs when booking. For more information, you can check our general terms and conditions.
The cancellation fees vary depending on the travel class and zone. You can find the current overview in our general terms and conditions.
The Green Fare is a Condor fare that is available in all travel classes – Economy Class, Premium Economy Class, and Business Class. With this fare, passengers contribute to the future CO₂ savings potential equivalent to the kerosene-related CO₂ emissions of their Condor or Marabu flight. This will be proportionally invested in selected sustainability projects and the use of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF). Additionally, the Green Fare provides extra flexibility and comfort services. Find all the details on our Green Fare page.
The Green Fare is available for booking in all travel classes, each as one of the following fare options:
In addition to the contribution to climate protection projects and SAF, the Green Fare offers:
You can select the Green Fare directly when booking your flight on the Condor website. Alternatively, you can change the fare later in "My trip". You can also select the Green Fare if you book your flight with a travel agency.
Yes, you can book the Green Fare on Marabu flights in all available travel classes. The contribution you make to future CO₂ savings potential within the Green Fare is allocated in the same proportion as on Condor flights.
Condor collaborates with the renowned non-profit organisation myclimate and supports two selected climate protection projects with the contribution from the Green Fare:
Both projects make a long-term contribution to climate and environmental protection while also enhancing local social development. Learn more here about the two projects.
The contribution is divided proportionally:
The amount of the contribution to climate protection projects and the use of additional SAF (Sustainable Aviation Fuel) is based on the flight-specific kerosene-related CO₂ emissions generated in the travel class booked for your flight. The basis for calculating these emission-related values is the IATA standard RP 1726, which relies on historical flight data. You can find more information on calculating the future CO₂ savings potential and sustainable aviation fuel here.
SAF is an umbrella term for all aviation fuels that are produced without the use of fossil raw materials such as petroleum. These fuels reduce the CO₂ footprint by up to 80%. They are blended with conventional fossil kerosene. With the technology currently available, this process is the only way to decarbonise air travel.
Find out how you can contribute to the percentage increase in the use of SAF with Condor Green Fare here.
