You'll need your booking number and last name for online check-in. Your booking number is in the booking confirmation. We will send you this confirmation by email after your booking.

You can print your boarding pass or download it onto your mobile device.
You can open and print your boarding pass on your computer using Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you don't have the program yet, you can download it for free here.
You can also load your boarding pass into your smartphone wallet. You'll find the corresponding link in the email we send you after online check-in. Then you can use them at any time without internet. You don't have to print out the boarding pass additionally.
If you've already checked in online, you can print your boarding pass again yourself. You will find the boarding pass in the email we sent you after the online check-in.
If you don't have a printer nearby, that's no problem: just head to the check-in counter at the airport. There you can have your boarding pass printed again.
The online check-in at Condor is free of charge.
If online check-in is not available, you can check in for free at the airport counter.
Yes, Condor online check-in is available for all departure airports. However, due to technical reasons, mobile boarding passes cannot be issued at the following airports after online check-in: Hurghada (HRG), Agadir (AGA), Cancun (CUN), Punta Cana (PUJ), Santo Domingo (SDQ), Yerevan (EVN), Mombasa (MBA), Haikou (HAK) and Sanya (SYX). In this case, please print out your boarding pass in advance or pick it up at the airport counter free of charge.
Generally, online check-in is available for connecting flights if all flights are part of a single booking and operated by the same airline or its partners. For separate bookings or longer stopovers, a new check-in may be required.
Groups of 10 or more people who have booked through the group service cannot use online check-in.
Groups of up to 9 people with the same booking number can manage their booking through My trip and use the online check-in there. You need to register there with your booking number and the name of the person who booked the trip (i.e. the person who made the booking).
First, check if you and your travel companion have booked different fares. Online check-in is only possible if all booked passengers have the same fare.
