How long before departure do I have to be at the airport?
We generally recommend that our guests be at the airport 2 hours before their departure. For flights to the USA and Canada, you should be there 3 hours before departure. Find more details about our check-in times here.
How and until what time can I check in?
This depends on which check-in option you choose:
Online check-in: You can check in online 24 hours before departure and receive your boarding pass in advance. If you are traveling with carry-on baggage only, you can go straight through security to the gate. Please note: Online check-in is the only free option in the Economy Zero fare. Check-in at the airport: You have the option to check in at the airport counter.
The opening times vary depending on the departure airport. We generally recommend that you arrive at the airport 2 hours before departure. If you are traveling to the USA or Canada, it is best to arrive 3 hours in advance.
What fees apply if I check in at the airport?
If you've booked the Economy Zero fare, a check-in fee of €25 applies at the airport. However, online check-in is free of charge. Airport check-in is also free for all other guests.
Does Condor offer a mobile check-in service?
Yes, you can check in with Condor using the Condor App on the go. You can then download your boarding pass onto your mobile device.
Can I check in the whole group at the airport all at once?
No, that's unfortunately not currently possible. All travellers must present themselves in person at the check-in counter and identify themselves.
What options are available for contactless, secure check-in?
Condor Online Check-in is available from 24 hours before departure. It saves you from standing in line at the counter. If you only have carry-on baggage, you can go straight to the security check and the gate.
