Helvetic Airways is a Swiss airline that was founded in 2003 with its headquarters in Kloten, Switzerland. The airline offers its own flights and additionally operates as an ACMI provider (Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance and Insurance) for Condor as well as other European airlines.
Helvetic Airways meets recognised international safety and quality standards and has been certified as an IOSA operator since 2008. The IOSA certification (IATA Operational Safety Audit) is awarded by the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and is considered a globally recognised seal of quality for aviation safety.
Helvetic Airways' fleet includes Embraer E190 aircraft, which are used on short and medium-haul routes, including on behalf of Condor.
For flights operated in cooperation with Helvetic Airways, the Condor Condor General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply.
On selected routes, Condor works with partner airline Helvetic Airways.
The aircraft and the entire crew are supplied by Helvetic Airways. The airline is also responsible for the aircraft's maintenance and insurance. We ensure that our Condor quality promise is upheld even when flying with our partner airlines.
To ensure our service standards, crew members undergo training and there is usually a German-speaking crew member on board.
