Flights with Helvetic Airways

On selected routes, Condor works with partner airline Helvetic Airways.

The aircraft and the entire crew are supplied by Helvetic Airways. The airline is also responsible for the aircraft's maintenance and insurance. We ensure that our Condor quality promise is upheld even when flying with our partner airlines.

To ensure our service standards, crew members undergo training and there is usually a German-speaking crew member on board.

If you have questions about special services, like wheelchair service or transporting dangerous goods, just send an email to specialassistance@condor.com.

For rebookings or cancellations, please contact the Condor Customer Service.
