If you cancel your flight before the scheduled departure, you can get your money back under certain conditions. However, if you cancel flight within 24 hours before the first flight, you won't get the fare back. However, unused taxes and fees will always be refunded to you.
Service fees will not be refunded if you cancel your flight.
If you have already taken the outbound flight, you will not get the price for the cancelled return flight back. However, you'll be refunded the taxes and fees for the return flight.
The cancellation terms depend on the fare you booked. The Flex fare, which you can book in all travel classes, offers the most flexible options. You'll get your money back in full. With the Green fare, which you can also book in Economy, Premium Economy, and Business Class, you can cancel your flight free of charge. You'll get your money back in the form of a credit.

In the Flex fare, you get your money back immediately. With the Green Fare, you'll receive a credit for all amounts paid, including unused taxes and fees. This credit is valid for future flights for ten months from the date of issue. Any service fee added at the time of booking is non-refundable.
