Until your baggage is delivered, you can purchase urgently needed replacement items within the scope of statutory liability. Please keep the resulting costs as low as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for replacement items you already own.
After receiving your baggage, we will check your refund claim. Please complete our online reimbursement form within 21 days of receiving your baggage and attach the corresponding receipts.

Our worldwide service provider, Dolfi 1920 GmbH, is processing your baggage damage claim. This usually takes 14 business days. International passenger rights establish that airlines are responsible for lost baggage. If your baggage is lost with Condor, you can claim compensation.
Valuables and important documents are the responsibility of the traveler and are therefore excluded from liability. These include, amongst other things, jewellery, cash, business documents, samples, passports and medication. Fragile and perishable items also fall into this category. We recommend that you always carry these items with you and do not place them in checked baggage.
