As a passenger, not being able to travel on a booked and scheduled flight for various reasons is certainly frustrating. But what does this mean for the costs incurred?
It is important to understand when you want to cancel a booked flight. We do not refund the fare in the event of a cancellation within 24 hours before the departure of the first flight, including the service charge that may have been added at the time of booking. Non-consumed taxes and fees are always refundable.
In the event of a cancellation up to 24 hours before the departure of the first flight, the following regulations apply depending on the respective fare booked and the destination.
If you cancel your return flight after you have already taken your outbound flight, the flight price and the service fee paid at the time of booking are unfortunately non-refundable.
We'll of course refund any unused taxes and fees.
However, you can prove that Condor suffered no or only minor damage as a result of the cancellation. In this case, the withheld amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Special regulations for the Zero Fare (fare code “LM”), Light Fare (fare code “LC”) and Classic Fare (fare code “SPO”)
In the event of a cancellation, only unused taxes and fees will be refunded from the total flight price, except for any service charge that may have been added at the time of booking.
In the event of a cancellation up to 24 hours before the departure of the first flight you have to pay Condor the following proportional fares as cancellation fees as listed below. Any payments made towards the total fare, which exceed the cancellation fees listed below, are refundable. Non-consumed taxes and fees, except the service charge that may have been added at the time of booking, are always refundable.
Cancellation must be distinguished from a "no-show", i.e. deliberately or accidentally not showing up at the gate to start the journey. The reasons for this absence are irrelevant for Condor, unless Condor is at fault.
In the event that you do not board your booked flight, we will not refund the fare including the service charge that may have been added at the time of booking. Other non-consumed taxes and fees are always refundable.
