If you have already checked in online, you can drop off your baggage as usual with our colleagues at the Condor counters during normal check-in times. There is another option in Frankfurt, Hamburg, Munich and Stuttgart, where you can drop off your baggage yourself at the self-service machines. To do this, please scan your boarding pass and follow the on-screen instructions. You will find the self-service machines near our check-in desks.
Yes, you can book extra suitcases for your Condor flight online or at the airport. You can add extra baggage during the booking process or afterwards via "My trip". The prices can be found on the Condor website.
At some German airports and at Zurich, we offer convenient late night check-in the evening before departure. This service is free of charge for guests in Business Class and Premium Economy Class.
Baggage that exceeds the maximum dimensions must be checked in as oversized baggage. Additional fees will be charged for this.

Yes, you can bring your wheelchair, walker or crutches with you. Please make sure you register them beforehand. We transport up to two mobility aids free of charge. The registration form and information on transportation can be found on our wheelchairs and walking aids page.
To ensure everything goes smoothly, please notify us at least 48 hours before your planned departure. Transportation is also automatically booked for your return flight if you fly with Condor.
You can only book transportation for your wheelchair or walking aid for flights with a DE flight number. For all other flights, please contact the respective airline.
