Condor adheres to a dispute resolution procedure involving a consumer conciliation board. In the event of a dispute in relation to your Condor flight, you have the right to contact the independent conciliation board for public passenger transport, known as Schlichtungsstelle Reise & Verkehr e. V. You can contact the responsible conciliation board using the following link:

You can contact the conciliation board in connection with disputes such as:

• Denial of boarding
• Delayed transport or canceled flights
• Passenger downgrades to a lower class
• Destroyed, damaged, lost or delayed baggage

The prerequisite for the use of the Schlichtungsstelle Reise & Verkehr e. V. is that:

• Your financial claim must be between €10.00 and €5,000.00.
• You must have already contacted Condor about this matter and not received a response within two months or do not agree with how your inquiry was handled.
• Your claim has not yet been filed with a court or concluded as part of a settlement.
