Yes, when you fly with Condor, you can insure your baggage with HanseMerkur travel insurance. You can add travel insurance when you book a Condor flight. If you have already booked, you can also add the insurance later. More information about travel insurance can be found here.

While you wait for your baggage to be delivered, you can purchase urgently needed replacement items within the limits of statutory liability. Please keep the costs incurred as low as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse you for replacement items you already own.

Yes. If your baggage has been lost, you are entitled to compensation. This is based on the Montreal Convention. You can purchase the items you need if your suitcase does not arrive at your destination. We will reimburse you part of these costs. You are obliged to keep costs low. We cannot refund purchases made in your place of residence.

Valuables and important documents are the responsibility of the traveler and are therefore excluded from liability. These include jewelry, cash, business documents, samples, passports and medication. Fragile and perishable items also fall into this category. We recommend keeping these items with you at all times rather than placing them in checked baggage.
