Yes, during your flight, you can shop both in the classic Bordshop and in the Condor Shop on the FlyConnect in-flight portal.
Sales in the Bordshop are handled directly by the cabin crew and the products are delivered straight to you on board. The range includes perfume, cosmetics, jewellery, watches, sunglasses, tech gadgets and sweets.
In addition, the Condor Shop is available in the FlyConnect on-board portal. This service is currently only available on A32xneo aircraft, as they have the high-speed internet connection required.
You can order products with ease here using your own device. Orders are placed on board and items are delivered after your flight.
Payment is made after you land via PayPal or bank transfer via the Pay After Flight service. Alternatively, if you have internet access on board, you can also pay during your flight.
Please note that the product range and prices in the Bordshop and in the Condor shop may differ from each other.

Within Germany, the flat-rate shipping fee is €4.99 for orders below €59. We offer free delivery within Germany for orders over €59.
For deliveries to selected EU countries, delivery is free of charge for orders of €100 or more. The exact delivery charges for orders below this amount will be shown to you during the ordering process.
Yes, we deliver within Germany and to selected member states of the European Union. Currently, this includes France, Greece, Italy, Austria, Portugal, Spain and the Czech Republic.
To register a return, visit www.condor.com/shop/retoure. You can start the returns process there. You'll need your order number and the postcode of your delivery address.
Quality is very important to us. We want you to be completely satisfied with every item. If a product does not meet our quality standards, you can return it within 24 months. This also applies to reduced-price items.
Just get in touch with our customer service at https://shop.condor.com/pages/contact. You'll then receive the documents for the return. Send the item back to us with a description of the defect and your bank details. This won't cost you anything.
