According to EU Regulation 261/2004, the rights of air passengers in the event of flight cancellations, flight delays (of more than 3 hours) and overbooking are regulated. In these cases, you may be entitled to compensation. Please use the form below to submit your claim. We will then let you know whether you are entitled to a refund.*
*This applies to flights departing from airports in the EU, as well as flights with EU airlines landing in the EU.
If your booking is a group booking, please only submit the complaint for the passengers you are authorized to represent. To register third parties, we require a power of attorney. Please add the completed form below to the attachments of your complaint.
To help us process your complaint/claim efficiently, please make sure you enter all details correctly, including flight information and passenger names, as stated on the booking confirmation of your original booking.
