If your pregnancy is progressing without complications, you can fly with Condor until the 28th week without restrictions. From the 29th week and until the end of the 36th week, or the 32nd week in the case of multiple pregnancies, you will need a medical certificate. The certificate must be filled out by the doctor no more than 10 days before departure and sent to the Accessible Travel Team at specialassistance@condor.com. From the 37th week onwards, or from the 33rd week onwards in the case of a multiple pregnancy, you can no longer take the flight.

Yes, you can bring your wheelchair, walker or crutches with you. Please make sure you register them beforehand. We transport up to two mobility aids free of charge. The registration form and information on transportation can be found on our wheelchairs and walking aids page.

To ensure everything goes smoothly, please notify us at least 48 hours before your planned departure. Transportation is also automatically booked for your return flight if you fly with Condor.

You can only book transportation for your wheelchair or walking aid for flights with a DE flight number. For all other flights, please contact the respective airline.

If you have recently undergone surgery, you may need confirmation of your fitness to fly. This also applies if you have an injury. It depends on how long ago the operation was. People with cardiovascular disease may also need confirmation. The most important thing here is how stable your condition is. Information on airworthiness can be found here.

Wear a medical alert bracelet and always carry your medication with you. If you have any food intolerances or allergies, please read about our range of on-board dishes before you fly. You can reserve your meals online in advance.

Yes, you can take medical devices on board. Please register these devices with us in advance.

There are special filter technologies in our aircraft. They clean the air of tiny particles, including viruses. This type of filter is also found in operating rooms. The risk of infection with diseases or viruses on board is generally very low, as the air in the aircraft flows from the bottom to the top.

On connecting flights or feeders (e.g. with Lufthansa or Alaska Airlines), unfortunately, animals cannot be transported in the cargo hold.

Yes, trained service dogs are very welcome on board with us. You must register your dog with us at least 48 hours before your departure. There are certain conditions that must be met.
