If you book directly with us online or by telephone, we will inform you automatically. You will receive a message if your flight is delayed by at least two hours. We will use the email address or mobile phone number you provided when booking. So, it's important you make sure these contact details are correct. If you have booked your flight via a travel agent or another website, we will also automatically inform you. We use the contact details stored by them. If you would like to change your mobile phone number or email address, please contact our Service Centre.
We're sorry you didn't receive any information about your flight delay by text message or email. Unfortunately, we cannot fully guarantee text messages or emails will be delivered, as this also depends on your service provider and your device. The check-in instructions always apply to the latest departure times, i.e. in your case to the new departure. However, it is possible that the departure time may be moved forward again, for example if weather conditions improve. Bad or extreme weather can mean that aircraft cannot take off as planned or at all. In such cases, Condor may postpone or reroute flights to ensure the safety of passengers.
