Q: How and when can I check-in?

Q: What fees do I have to pay when I check in at the airport?

If you've booked the <a href="/en-ca/information-services/travel-classes-fares/economy-class/">Economy Zero fare</a>, a check-in fee of 25,00 € applies at the airport. However, online check-in is free of charge. Airport check-in is also free for all other guests.

General information

Typically, you will find the Condor check-in counter in the departure area of the international terminal. Please also note the following:

The locations of the Condor check-in counters can be found on the display boards and monitors at all airports.
We recommend getting to the check-in counter at least 2 hours before departure. You can find out more about the latest check-in times below.

If you have already checked in online in advance and already have your boarding pass, you can drop off your baggage quickly and easily at the baggage drop-off available in many airports. You don't have to line up at the check-in counter again!

Important information for transit passengers

Passengers arriving in Frankfurt on a feeder flight should proceed directly to the gate for their connecting flight. For flights from the USA and Canada, the check-in counters are staffed 3 hours before the scheduled departure time.
