Here you can directly purchase your upgrade to <a href="/en-ca/information-services/travel-classes-fares/premium-economy-class/">Premium Economy Class</a> or <a href="/en-ca/information-services/travel-classes-fares/business-class/">Business Class</a> if there are still seats available. If your connection includes a feeder or connecting flight (for example with Lufthansa or Alaska Airlines), please contact your travel agency or our operator. The following applies to upgrade costs: Prices for upgrading to Premium Economy Class or Business Class may vary depending on the offers and route chosen. You can find out the current surcharge by logging into "My Trip" or contacting our service center.
Booking via Condor: If you book your flight directly with Condor (e.g. via our website condor.com) If you have booked, you can make upgrades to all travel classes directly via online check-in or online under "My trip", provided seats are still available.
Direct flight booking with the tour operator without connecting flights: For long-haul package tours (zones 3-5) that do not include connecting flights, you can also upgrade to the next higher class via online check-in or under "My trip" on condor.com.
Upgrade at the airport: Regardless of your chosen class or booking channel, you have the option of upgrading to a higher travel class last minute at the airport – either at the check-in counter or at the gate – or on board, provided there are still seats available. The Condor crew will inform you of the current daily price for a seat in Premium Economy Class or Business Class. At this time, upgrades are only available via card payment.
Booking long-haul tour operators and package holidays with connecting flights: If you have booked your flight through a travel agency and this includes a connecting or flight, you cannot currently upgrade yourself. Therefore, if you would like an upgrade or have any further questions (for example, regarding the surcharge), please contact your travel agency or tour operator.
