Free seats in higher travel classes are allocated to the highest bidders in a live auction just before departure. If your bid is successful, you'll see your new boarding pass displayed digitally immediately. Upgrading is that easy.
Please note:
Visit SeatBoost via your web browser or download the SeatBoost app from the App Store and install it on your smartphone or tablet.
Identify yourself with your booking code and name. You'll then see all available auctions for your flight along with additional information. Enter your payment details to pay for the upgrade if you win.
The auctions start 24 hours before and end about 60 minutes before departure. You can bid free of charge as long as the auction is ongoing. Only if you win the auction will you pay the amount you bid for the upgraded travel class. Here's a tip: Keep a close eye on your auction and make sure to bid promptly to stay competitive.
Did you win a bid? Congratulations on upgrading to a higher travel class! Your new boarding pass will be available in digital format. Now all you have to do is board, sit back and enjoy your flight to the fullest.

You can book Condor Premium Economy Class on all long-haul flights and flights to Dubai. It is located between Economy and Business Class. Our Airbus A330neo, which allows you to fly long-haul, has 64 seats in this class. These seats offer more legroom and can be reclined further. Each seat has an individually adjustable footrest and headrest. On certain daytime flights, we offer two premium meals, a snack, and alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. To ensure a pleasant journey, you will receive an exclusive travel kit, a welcome gift, a water bottle, snacks and additional amenities.

If your itinerary does not include any feeder or connecting flights, you can easily upgrade yourself: Log in to “My trip”. Here you can directly purchase your upgrade to Premium Economy Class or Business Class if there are still seats available.
