To check in, you will need a booking confirmation with a booking number, plus valid IDs or passports for all travelers on the booking, including children and infants. We also recommend checking the visa and entry requirements of your destination country.
As soon as you have checked in, you will receive a paper or digital boarding pass. This lets you board the plane. A ticket for a flight is not the same as a boarding pass.

If you have booked your Condor flight through a tour operator, enter the booking number and the name of the operator, e.g. TUI 17670784 or Aida 7297612. If your tour operator is not listed under “My trip”, choose “Other”.

Use the flight search option and enter your departure airport, destination, date, and travel participants as usual. Click "Search" to see the results. In the top bar, select “Direct flights only.” Your search results will now display only direct flights.
You can book your flight up to 2 hours before departure.
You can easily find and book open-jaw flights via our website. First select your departure and destination airports. Then click on the option "Open-jaw flight" above the calendar. Next, select your desired departure date to continue the booking.
Yes, you can book a single outbound flight. Use our flight search to find your flight. To do this, select your departure and arrival airports. Then select “one-way flight only” and enter your departure date.
Baggage transport with Condor depends on the fare you book. On our website, you can choose the same fare for all travelers, such as only Economy Light or only Economy Classic. If you wish to bring different amounts of baggage for different group members, you must book separate fares individually. If you wish to book different fares for up to 9 people, please contact our Customer Service. Our staff will be happy to assist you.
Contact us by email. Based on your details regarding group size, date, destination, fare, etc., we will calculate the price for your trip (up to 40 people) without any obligation. We will then create an option for your group that you can confirm.

NOTIX means “Flying without a ticket”. All you need to check in is your booking confirmation and a valid identity card or passport.
During the flight booking process, you can voluntarily round up the total price of your flight. After entering your flight details and passenger information, the option will appear on the payment overview. With one click, you confirm that you would like to support the use of sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) — then choose whether you would like to round up to the nearest $10.00, $20.00, $50.00 or $100.00.
The rounded-up amount will be used by Condor exclusively for using additional Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). The quantities of SAF purchased exceed the legally prescribed requirements and will be used for refueling Condor aircraft over the next 12 months.
If you want to cancel your flight, the rounded-up amount will still be invested in using more Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) on Condor flights and cannot be refunded.
If your flight is canceled by Condor or Marabu, you'll get the rounded-up amount back.
Yes, even when flying with our sister company Marabu, you can choose to voluntarily round up the total price. The rounded-up amount will also be exclusively invested in using more Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) on Condor flights.
Yes. You decide if you want to round up the final price of your flight booking to the nearest $10.00, $20.00, $50.00, or $100.00 amount. The total price will be displayed to you in your flight booking.
