We assist you every step of the way – from check-in to your seat on board. We provide wheelchair services, mobility aids and personalized assistance at the airport and during the flight.

Mobility aids

You can bring your wheelchair, crutches, walker or other walking aids with you when you fly with Condor. Make sure to register them up to 48 hours before departure.

Medical equipment & medication

Check in advance which medical accessories and medications are allowed on your Condor flight. These need a separate registration before your trip.

Register service dog, mobility aid or medical equipment

Inform us as early as possible – at least 48 hours before your departure – if you wish to take medical devices, medication or accessories with you. The service can only be booked for flights with a DE flight number. It will also be automatically booked for your return flight if it is operated with a DE flight number. For other flights, please contact the relevant airline.
