Debit cards are linked to a bank account and are usually only offered in conjunction with a current account. A debit card number is 13 to 19 digits long and, like the expiry date, can be found on the front of your debit card. The 3-digit security code, which you usually need for verification, can be found on the back of your card.
Bank cards or EC cards with the V-Pay or Maestro logo are also often referred to as debit cards. You can use these cards to withdraw money worldwide and make cashless payments in stores by entering your PIN or with your signature. However, not all cards have online payment functionality. If you have selected the "credit card/debit card" payment method when booking online, you will be asked to enter the bank, the card number, the name of the cardholder, the validity period and the CVC/CVV code.
Mastercard and VISA: The CVC code (Card Verification Code) is a 3-digit code that is printed in the signature field on the back of the credit card.
You can pay for your flight booking at condor.com by credit card, debit card, SEPA direct debit, bank transfer, or PayPal.
After booking, you will receive a booking confirmation from Condor, which is also your invoice. You will also receive the booking confirmation and invoice by email.
If you have not received it or have deleted it, log in with your booking details at “My trip”. You can request a new confirmation to be sent to you from here. If you did not book your flight through our website, please contact the service provider where you made your reservation.If you booked your flight online, we will send your booking confirmation to the email address you provided. This is suitable for submission to the tax authorities.
Refund processing depends on the payment method and the bank. It usually takes 5 to 7 working days. You are responsible for paying any fees.
