Apple Pay

You need an iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch or Mac that is compatible with Apple Pay, as well as a supported version of iOS, iPadOS, watchOS, or macOS.

You also need a supported credit or debit card from a participating card issuer as well as an Apple ID that is signed in to iCloud.

Adding a card to Apple Pay is very easy.

On the iPhone: Open the "Wallet" app and tap the plus sign.

On your Apple Watch: Open the "Watch" app on your iPhone, select “Wallet & Apple Pay”, and follow the instructions to add a credit or debit card.

On your iPad: Open "Settings" → "Wallet & Apple Pay" → "Add Card".

On a Mac with Touch ID: Open System Settings, select "Wallet & Apple Pay" and then "Add Card". Apple Pay on Mac is only available for payments on the web in Safari.

On iPhone or iPad

When paying, please select Apple Pay as your payment method.
Check your billing and contact information.
Depending on your device, confirm the payment with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode.
After successful payment, the "Done" confirmation will be displayed on your screen.

On a Mac with Touch ID

Select Apple Pay at checkout.
Check your billing and contact information.
Follow the instructions and confirm the payment with Touch ID.

On other compatible Mac models

Make sure Bluetooth is enabled.
Select Apple Pay as the payment method.
Check your details.
Confirm the payment using your compatible iPhone or Apple Watch.

Apple Pay uses a device-specific number together with a unique transaction code when making a payment. Your card number is neither stored on your device nor on Apple servers.
