You can find all the information you need on the airport's official website. This includes up-to-date departure times, the latest travel updates and terminal maps. Here you can find a list of airports that Condor flies from.

If you book directly with us online or by telephone, we will inform you automatically. You will receive a message if your flight is delayed by at least two hours. We will use the email address or mobile phone number you provided when booking. So, it's important you make sure these contact details are correct. If you have booked your flight via a travel agent or another website, we will also automatically inform you. We use the contact details stored by them. If you would like to change your mobile phone number or email address, please contact our Service Center.

Condor does not have to pay compensation if the delay or cancellation is due to exceptional circumstances that Condor cannot control. These include bad weather and strikes outside of Condor.

Yes, according to Regulation (EC) No 261/2004, you are entitled to certain assistance if your flight is delayed. This may include an overnight stay in a hotel. You are entitled to assistance in the following cases:

• Delay of four hours or more on flights over 3,500 km

• Delay of two hours or more for flights up to 1,500 km
