Flights to and from Dubai

Against the backdrop of ongoing uncertainty and the dynamic situation on the ground, Condor has decided to suspend flights to and from Dubai until the end of March, thereby ending the season early.

This decision was made with great care. In view of developments that are currently difficult to predict, the safety of our guests and crews is our top priority. We expressly regret any inconvenience this may cause.

If you have already booked flight tickets for flights to or from Dubai (DXB), you will be informed directly and, in case of cancellation, you will get a refund back to the payment method you used when booking.

Flights to and from Beirut (BEY) and Sulaymaniyah (ISU)

Flights to Beirut (BEY) and Sulaymaniyah (ISU) are temporarily suspended until the end of March. Affected guests will be informed and, upon cancellation, the refund will be credited back to the payment method you used at the time of booking. Since May 1, 2025, the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) is mandatory for all non-Thai nationals entering Thailand. This also applies to foreign nationals with long-term residence permits and holders of work permits.

Pre-registration takes place online via the official portal: https://tdac.immigration.go.th

Important information about registration:

• Registration can be done individually or for groups of up to 10 travelers.
• Required information: Passport data, personal information, travel details, accommodation information, health declaration
• After successful registration, you'll receive a confirmation email with the relevant supporting document.
• In case of a change in flight number, the details can be independently adjusted in the system.
• Travelers arriving without prior TDAC registration need to complete the process at special kiosks on site, which might lead to delays.

We recommend completing the TDAC registration well in advance of your trip to ensure a smooth entry process.
