Everything you need to know about Condor Partners
Yes, every airline and every airport has a minimum connecting time. This is to ensure that you have enough time to get to the next gate.
The responsibility depends on the type of your booking. If you booked all flights together, the first airline is usually responsible. For individual bookings, you are responsible yourself for making your connecting flight.
Generally, online check-in is available for connecting flights if all flights are part of a single booking and operated by the same airline or its partners. For separate bookings or longer stopovers, you might need to check-in again.
If you've booked your entire flight connection directly with Condor, Condor's free baggage regulations also apply to feeder flights with other airlines. For this, you need to buy the feeder flights together with the Condor flights and have them noted on a Condor ticket. Find out more here.
No, you can only reserve seats for flights with Condor (flight number DE) or Marabu (flight number DI). If you've got a connecting flight, for instance with Lufthansa or Alaska Airlines, you need to book your seat directly with that airline.
Your baggage allowance depends on the regulations of each respective airline. As a rule, the most generous baggage allowance applies to all flights, as long as they are booked together.
You can view details of all your flights on our website. To do this, go to “My trip”.
Extras such as seats or lounges should always be booked directly with the airline operating the flight. For example, if you're flying from Seattle to your destination with Alaska Airlines, book your seat for this flight directly on the Alaska Airlines website. Unfortunately, you can't make all seat reservations or bookings for other extras at once.
Codeshare flights are operated in partnership between two or more airlines. It essentially means they are offering a flight together. For example, Alaska Airlines sells a flight that Condor actually operates. This makes the travel experience easier for the entire journey.
