Complaints about Seat Reservations
If you booked your flight on another website or through a travel agency, please contact the respective website provider or travel agency with any complaints you may have about your seat reservation.
If you made your booking on Condor's website (including online bookings through your travel agency with a link to the Condor booking engine) or in our service center (booking partner: Condor Individuell), please make sure to enclose your original boarding passes and a copy of your booking confirmation with your seat reservation complaint.
