The following are eligible for group bookings:
You can make seat reservations for the members of your group after the option period ends, up to 48 hours before departure.
For long-term bookings, we offer you a 21-day option after booking confirmation. This option is automatically converted into a firm booking upon expiration. We are happy to agree on different option deadlines with you for tenders.
Individual bookings made in advance cannot later be grouped together and billed as a group.

From confirmed booking date*:
Cancellations are considered to take effect when you receive a written cancellation confirmation from our group department. Depending on the size of the group, the route, and the date, different cancellation deadlines and fees may be set.

Depending on the group size, route, and date, different rebooking deadlines and fees may be established.
Rebookings are only possible within the originally booked season.
Rebooking of originally booked higher-fare departures to lower-fare departures is only possible while retaining the original travel price. For rebookings to higher fare departures, we charge the fare difference and the rebooking fees listed above.
Please inform us of the participant names for your group booking only from the confirmed booking date until eight weeks before departure. You can make subsequent name changes on routes operated exclusively by Condor for free. Unfortunately, name changes are not allowed on feeder and connecting flights.
Please send us any changes by email up to seven days before departure. After that, changes can only be made by phone up to one day before departure during the group department's business hours.
*When the free option expires, your option booking will automatically be converted into a confirmed booking.
