According to EU Regulation 261/2004, the rights of air passengers in the event of flight cancellations, flight delays (of more than 3 hours) and overbooking are regulated. In these cases, you may be entitled to compensation. Please use the form below to submit your claim. We will then let you know whether you are entitled to a refund.*
*This applies to flights departing from airports in the EU and flights with EU airlines landing in the EU.
If your booking is a group booking, please only submit the complaint for those passengers you are authorized to represent. To submit a complaint on behalf of other individuals, we require a statement of authorization. Please attach the completed form below to your complaint.
To help us process your complaint/claim efficiently, please make sure you enter all details correctly, including flight information and passenger names as stated on the booking confirmation for your original booking.
