Questions and answers for your trip planning
You will find check-in counters in the departure hall at every airport served by Condor. View the exact locations on our website. We recommend that you inquire in advance or check the airport signs, as the location of the counters may change at short notice.
We advise you to be at the airport at least 2.5 hours before your flight. This will give you enough time for check-in and security.
You can see which gate your Condor flight departs from on your boarding pass. It is also shown on the display boards at the airport. The gate may change at short notice, however. Please check the airport information regularly.
Along with your ID card or passport, you might need to show additional documents, such as a visa, when entering the country. With our partner Sherpa, you can easily check online whether you need a visa or not.
Please check in good time for entry requirements and travel and safety information for your destination.
You can check which destinations you need a visa for on our website under Apply for an eVisa . Please inquire early enough and apply for your visa in good time before your trip.
An eVisa is a full visa that is required for longer stays, while ESTA (Electronic System for Travel Authorization) is a simplified travel authorization. ESTA allows citizens of countries participating in the Visa Waiver Program to travel to the United States for up to 90 days without a visa, for example for tourism or business trips. The application is submitted online and the permit is valid for two years.
