The recipient of the information provided is not Facebook, but Condor Flugdienst GmbH, An der Gehespitz 50, 63263 Neu-Isenburg (hereinafter also referred to as "Condor"). Condor's web presence can be found at: www.condor.com. All questions, comments or complaints regarding the competition are to be directed exclusively to Condor. Facebook accepts no liability whatsoever for infringements of the rights of third parties (in particular trademark rights, copyrights and personal rights or intellectual property rights). The participants waive any claims against Facebook in this respect.

Entry: To enter without purchase or obligation:

1. Answer the two questions “What terminal does Condor Airlines fly out of at Toronto Pearson International Airport?” and “What Frankfurt landmark would you most like to visit?”
2. Comment your answers under the Condor’s Facebook post from September 22, 2021

Only one entry per person is valid. Multiple comments from the same person will be counted as a single entry. If you send or receive comments on a mobile device, standard internet rates or other charges may apply as provided in the service agreement with your wireless carrier. Comments that violate the Facebook guidelines, German law and or copyright will be removed after knowledge without notice. The participant is thus excluded from the prize.

Winner Selection: The Winner will be drawn randomly from all comments with correct answers posted under the September 22, 2021 Condor Facebook post by September 24, 2021. Condor’s decision is final. If there are circumstances outside of Condor’s control or Condor deems it necessary, Condor reserves the right to cancel the Contest and award the Prize to a Winner drawn from the eligible entries received by the cancellation date.

Prize: One (1) flight voucher (round trip for two persons, both persons must travel together, regular Economy Class) for a Condor flight (Condor flight number) from Toronto Pearson (YYZ) to Frankfurt Airport (FRA) according to the flight schedule (https://www.condor.com/us/book-plan/flight/timetable.jsp), valid until October 31, 2022.

The promotion does not include feeder or connecting flights operated by third-party airlines. Bookings of flights as part of package tour offers or flights via tour operators are excluded.

The Winner will not receive any compensation if the prize package’s actual retail value is less than ‎the projected ‎approximate retail value.

The Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary and must depart from the same airport ‎gates ‎for all legs of travel.

Travel is not permitted during peak dates such as (without limitation) all Canadian holidays and airline blackout periods (including without limitation Easter, ‎‎spring break and Christmas breaks)

All ‎airline ‎tickets are subject to flight variation, work stoppages, and schedule or route changes. Condor reserves the ‎right to structure travel routes in its sole discretion. Reservations cannot be ‎changed once they are ‎made. Condor will not provide any refund or compensation if any flight is ‎cancelled or delayed. The Winner is personally responsible for organizing the documents required for entry (e.g. valid passport or entry and registration papers) as well as for the insurance cover to be recommended for travel abroad.

Prizes cannot be paid out in cash and cannot be exchanged for any other prize.

Winner and guest must comply with all applicable laws (including all local laws while in transit and ‎‎at the destination) during their travel.‎

To Claim Prize: Condor will notify the potential Winner on Facebook or via email by September 27, 2021. Condor may also announce Winner on its website. Condor is not responsible for changes to Facebook or email functions that may prevent or interfere with Winner notification. To claim the Prize, Winner may be required to provide an email address and complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release, which must be returned via email to socialmedia@condor.com within seven (7) days after notification or Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner. If Prize notification cannot be delivered, Prize will be awarded to an alternate Winner. An unclaimed or undeliverable Prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner. Acceptance of Prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use Winner’s name, the photograph, hometown, and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity in any media without additional compensation.

At the sole discretion of Condor, disqualification, forfeiture and the selection of an alternate Winner may result from any of the following: (a) potential Winner’s failure to respond to notification within seven (7) days after its notification; (b) the failure of notification due to deactivation of the potential Winner’s Facebook account prior to receipt of notification; (c) potential Winner’s failure to receive a direct message from Condor; (d) potential Winner’s Facebook account “protected mode” is set so that the potential Winner’s updates/responses may not be visible to Condor, (e) potential Winner’s failure to provide Condor with satisfactory proof of age, identity and residency; (f) potential Winner’s failure to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability/Publicity Release within seven (7) days after notification; and (g) any other non-compliance with these Official Rules. In the event of Prize forfeiture, the Condor may, in its sole discretion, award the forfeited Prize to an alternate Winner.

The flight voucher has an approximate value of CAD 1,500.

Contest Period: Contest will run from 4:00 PM, Central European Time ("CET"), on September 22, 2021 through 11:59 PM, CET, on September 24, 2021 (”Contest Period"). Condor’s clock is the official timekeeper for Contest entries. Condor’s clock is located in Neu-Isenburg, Germany and therefore "CET".

Eligibility: The Contest is open to all legal residents of Canada, except residents in Quebec, who are 18 years of age or older and with legal capacity to enter contracts under no legal disability at the time of entry. Employees of Condor, its advertising and promotions agencies, and their immediate families (parents, siblings, spouses and children) and individuals living in the same households of such employees (related or not) are ineligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and accept all decisions of the Condor as final.

Limitation of Liability: Neither Condor, nor its affiliated entities, is responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, fraudulent, or misdirected entries, all of which will be disqualified.  Winner is solely responsible for payment of all federal, state, and local taxes on Prize and for any travel or other expenses not specifically mentioned in the Prize description. Condor reserves the right to cancel the Contest if fraud or technical failure compromises the integrity of the Contest as determined by Condor in its sole discretion. Condor is not responsible for technical, electronic, hardware, software or telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections or failed or delayed computer notification whether caused by Condor, user, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, or by any technical or human error, which may occur in the process of submissions which may limit an entrant's ability to participate in this Contest.  Condor is not responsible, or liable to Winner or anyone else, for failure to supply the Prize by reason of any acts of God, actions, orders, regulations of any governmental entity, equipment failure, terrorist acts, natural disaster, explosion, or labor dispute or strike, civil disturbance, riot or other cause beyond Condor's control.

General: If for any reason this Contest is not capable of running as planned, or if this Contest, any Facebook account, or any email address, web site or cellular telephone number or service associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper conduct of the Contest and the proper processing of entries in accordance with the Official Rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in the Condor’s sole opinion, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, Condor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action and/or to cancel this Contest. If this Contest is cancelled, Condor will conduct a random drawing to award the Prize from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. These Official Rules cannot be modified or amended in any way except in a written document issued in accordance with law by a duly authorized representative of Condor. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein.

ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR EMAIL ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBER OR SERVICE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, CONDOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Privacy Policy: Any information provided in connection with this Contest is subject to Condor's privacy policy located at https://www.condor.com/us/help-contact/data-protection.jsp, and Facebook’s privacy policy located at www.facebook.com/privacy. By entering, entrants agree that Condor may initiate contact by email, text message, or Facebook to administer and fulfill this Contest.

Governing Law/Jurisdiction: All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforcement of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of the entrants or Condor in connection with the Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the providence in which the participant resides without giving effect to any choice of law of conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause application of any other laws.
